Three steps. You need MetaTrader 5, a trading account with NAS100 and XAUUSD, and your license key. Prefer screenshots? Open the PDF guide.
Download the strategies from your account page. In MT5 choose File → Open Data Folder, open MQL5 → Experts, and copy the files in. Then right-click the Navigator and choose Refresh.
Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", and add https://license.quantstackai.com. MT5 blocks the check until you do this once.
Drag a strategy onto its chart, paste your license key on the Inputs tab, set the broker time offset, and make sure Algo Trading is on. The chart's top-left corner confirms it is licensed.

| Aurora | XAUUSD | Any | Risk per trade (USD) |
Your key, in the form QS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. One key works for all six strategies, and binds to the MT5 trading account it first runs on.
The hours your broker's server time is ahead of UTC in winter. Most brokers are UTC+2 (enter 2), including Ultima Markets. Leave "follows US daylight saving" on if your broker shifts by one hour when the US clocks change.
Zenith, Vesper, Apex and Equinox use Lots: 2.0 lots of NAS100 is the size used in our backtests (Equinox uses double this on its strongest setups, so allow for up to twice the size). Solstice and Aurora risk a fixed dollar amount on every trade, $1,000 by default. Any amount works: the lot size adjusts to the stop distance in 0.01-lot steps and never risks more than you set. If the amount is so small that even 0.01 lots would risk more than it, that trade is skipped.
Strategy settings are built in and not exposed, so there is nothing to optimise and nothing to curve-fit.
