How do you know my account came through your link?+
We match your MT5 account number against the accounts Ultima Markets reports to us as opened through our referral. If your account isn't there yet, we check it manually and may ask you for more information.
How long does it take?+
Usually within one business day. If your account is already on our list, the key can arrive within minutes. It comes by email, together with a link to the download and the setup guide.
Which account does the key work on?+
Only the MT5 account number you send us, and only on Ultima Markets servers. It will not run on another account or another broker. Need it on a different account? Email
support@quantstackai.com.
What if I close the account or move it away from your link?+
The key stays active while the account remains opened through our referral. If the account is closed or no longer under the referral, the key is suspended and the strategies stop opening new trades at their next license check.
Is it really free?+
